Just received 3 Goni frags in the mail tjay were delayed long story short they arrived 48h after packing stone cold, so i temp acclimated in tubs first then dripped for an hour and now they’re in the tank one is slightly open the other 2 are looking really sad, anyone had similar experience?

This is how gonis look until they get acclimated. They'll pop out soon enough.
 
I agree that they look like normal stressed gonnies. Give them a week and see what happens. In the meantime keep an eye out for any brown jelly or tissue loss indicating a bigger issue. You may also want to give them a bit more space, polyps extending from one could be keeping the one next to it closed up just by brushing up against it.
 
I also thought they looked normal the green is okay but the pink and the red both suffered rapid tissue loss shortly after I posted this after being in the tank 2hours and now they are just skeletons but the green is extending already
