It could get a taste for them or it may leave them alone . That is why placing them in the sump if possible is safer , less of a head ache. You just don't know what they will pick on . I have used the peppermint shrimp in the past and I find they will pick on other corals so I use them and then spend my life trying to trap the little buggers. Secluding them in the sump eliminates the hassle , but it is possible to catch , they are hungry critters and will stop at nothing to get a tasty morsel.Hi thank you all for the advice. I dont have access to a bandsaw. I could try the sump idea. I have tried the injection but they came back. There is about 10 to 12 aptasia's on this rock.
If i get a pepper shrimp would it eat my zoas.
