hey everyone! I hope all is well!!! I was wondering if someone could help me... I posted this about a month ago and was told there wasn’t anything wrong with my anemone. But today I noticed it’s getting white but has color at the tips. There must be something wrong??

Here are the pictures - the first picture is the before and the others are today. See the difference?

I have not been feeding my anemone because I am as told since my clownfish hosted here isn’t any need to feed them.

I have also noticed that if I do feed them they really don’t eat and let go of the shrimp... so I have been using Kent microvert in the last week, that way they eat something

I just started feeding in the last weeks or so. It also looks like the other anemone is normal color but both of them do not extend their tentacles.

Feeding anemone the following in the last two weeks
Micro vert
Shrimp

I have some questions about the red spots on my rock.... I did have cyanobacteria three weeks ago but I treated it with chem clean. These red spots can’t be removed easily even a toothbrush doesn’t work well.
Information
Water numbers all within normal ranges
38 gallon
Light current ic led
All others are going fine. Fish and corals

Your light is either too strong or more than likely not strong enough to support the zoax

Your one anemone looks good, give the other time to color up. Feeding small mysis might make it easier for the anemone to eat. The spots on the rock look like the beginning of coralline algae.

Thank you everyone... I hope this anemone returns to normal and normal color

What light are you running? I see you have it listed as Current IC LED, but I'm not familiar with that one. Is it this one (link here)? If so, I'm not seeing a wattage listed. If the LED's are less than 3 watts each, that could be your problem.
