Can’t find him can’t move rocks, what should I do foxface is already acting lattice. Can’t find my snails. I added activated carbon I believe ammonia is spiked I don’t have test kit driving to nearest pet shop hoping to find a test kit for ammonia
Should I remove all rocks find the dead fish or what’s my other options

If you can move the rocks to find the dead fish yes do it asap if you cannot buying a bunch of emerald crabs will destroy anything in a tank that is dead i have lost a diamond goby and the 3 emerald crabs ate everything but the skeleton

dare I ask how old and big your tank is? (as you seem to be a new-ish member). depending on snail type (that you cant find) could be in sand... relax... amquel + is a quick help I always have on hand. did you quarantine? can't help to much without a lot more info. not as easy as say having a flat tire.

I did not Qt as I don’t have that option bought it from LFS asked him bunch of question before I bought the fish I know he told me all the right things this was my first time buying fish so I’m frustrated, now my foxface dead ammonia is at 0.25ppm going to do a 50 % water change all my other fish looks fine

clown fish, six line erase, yellow watchman goby,

can’t find the new fish never again buying fish from lfs and looking into qt tanks for future no buying fish till all is setup

but now if I can’t find the dead fish and rocks are really hard to remove without damaging corals

would a 50% water change work?

Tank is 2 months old has been done cycling as it was a old tank with lots of beneficial bacteria all my other fish are fine what I’m finding is that my fox face is battling some sort of bacterial disease so I just put some furan2 to see if this will help but I think it’s too late for him I think the new fish brought in some sort of bacteria and he just couldn’t handle it. From now on never again without qt as this ruined my whole day
