I have been seeing more and more spiders in my basement. I keep it as clean as possible. But still seeing more spiders down there. Since I have my DT down in the basement. I hate spiders. What is safe for me to use to get rid of them bwithout contaminating my DT to get rid of them?

Have a bug guy spray the perimeter, but not near any basement openings. Usually they will knock the spiders down each month, which causes them to have to walk through the poison. Just make sure they know where your open water is.

I'm thinking they might be coming in through my sump pump drain. Which is always a possibility. But not sure. As far as I know there's nothing to eat down there for them to survive long term....

As a Contractor, I have seen spiders behind installed bathtubs. If there is a crack, and no pest management, they can and will find any dark cool place. They seem to like to breed there.

That's the only place I can think of them coming in the house. I go around my house and look for cracks in the foundation and seal them if there's any. So that's the only spot I can think of. Unless if I'm missing some cracks. All windows are closed. So can't be that way. I may just get some raid and spray them if I see any. But away from my dt. I don't remember what it's called. But I have gotten 5 in the past. I bought from the grocery store. Not a chemical. I have put them in the ceiling and in all my rooms in my basement. And shortly after I do I don't see any at all. But darn it I don't remember what there called I do remember I get them in the produce section in the grocery store. Don't recall what it's called.

I am doing my yard tomorrow. Before I start seeing ants in my house. The stuff I use is for ants, spiders and other pests for outside. The inside I'm hitting the produce section tomorrow to find what I need.

Hedge apples have worth for me in the past. I'll get a few of those and place them in my basement.vand get some pesticide for my yard tomorrow. To control ants. After last year I have to do the yard.ladt year was the first year I had ants in the house in 25 years
