Advisable to repeat same treatment?

I did the below treatment plan on my bartlett anthias for Uronema

1) 14 days metroplex treatment for Uronema (condition seem to be under control, old wound is recovering and no new wound is found)
2) 5 days break
3) 7 days kanaplex treatment for secondary infection

Today is the 4th day of treatment and I realized that one of my anthias is having some grey spot on the body again and it seem like the early stage of Uronema.

So should I do another round of 14 days metroplex treatment? or is there any better solution I can try?

Can you post some pictures of the anthias prior to the intial treatment showing what the disease looked like? And also pics of the anthia now with the new disease formation?

Uronema can be very difficult to completely rid from a fish. When you initially treated the Anthia with Metro did you treat the water with Metro and feed the fish also with Metro + food + Focus?

yes, I followed strictly on the instruction given by humblefish. But they stop eating the medicated pellets after 4 days so I have no choice but to switch back to the normal frozen and pellets. The water is treated 14 days with metro.
