Hi good people
I have a Maxspect Jump LJ-165 "Blue" (65w) over an 24x18x18" AIO. I have searched/scoured the net for lighting schedules and have come up confused as hell. All of the auto schedules appear to go to 100% on all channels after the acclimation period. Having read that red and greens tend to encourage algae I have come up with the schedule per the pic. Are these percentages ok as I have also read to just bump the blues to 100% and then white till it looks nice. Red and green stay at zero. Then I have read that certain chlorophly requires the reds and green. Any advice help would be greatly appreciated.
I have the beginings of a mixed reef with a few SPS and some LPS and zoas

thx I have seen this previously as well as everything else in languages that I dont even understand, just looking for the figures. I adopted my current sched from this video. Now I have just bumped up the lamp to 100% on the blue channels and given it an acclimation period...see how we go

Just make small changes.... 5% every 2 weeks and see how corals react.
