I have a coral that started to bleach, I believe I have brought it back from the brink. The coral has new growth but some of the tips have died off, should I leave the dead tips or should I cut them off?

I wouldn't touch it for a while until it really recovers and grows bigger.

I don't have lots of time to baby my tank so I cant keep up with the parameters as well as I like but here they are.
PH 8.4
nitrate.5 (I use the red sea test kits, the colors are so close in color it could be less than .5)
Phosphate .08 (same color issues, I cant tell the colors apart)
Alkalinity 7.0 (cant keep this where I want it either)
Cal 380
Mag 1320

I blame my other half for my coral bleaching issues. We went on vacation for a week last summer and my other half shut off the air conditioning in the house not thinking about the reef tank. I don't have any chillers, I use the house air conditioning to keep the water from getting too warm, the tank was at 82 degrees Fahrenheit when I got home. This probably is still OK but 82 degrees is warmer than the tank has ever been.

What size tank? Sump? Equipment? Dosing / reactor? How much flow inside tank? Feeding? Bioload?

I have a 92g corner tank and a 20g sump, 600 gallon per hour pump in the sump and a 200 gallon per hour pump in the tank. I have a ATO set up to replace my fresh water with some marine buffer in the water to try and keep the alkalinity up. I do run GFO to try and keep the phosphates down but the GFO seems to get exhausted pretty fast. I am running T5 lights using ATO bulbs and a Led strip for some red color.

I feed frozen foods and seaweed usually once a day Monday-Thursday and twice a day Friday-Sunday due to work schedule issues. I rinse my frozen foods in RO water and only feed what the fish will eat in a minute or so.

Live stock:
1 yellow Tang
1 blue hippo Tang
2 Clown fish
1 blue Mandarin
1 skunk shrimp
6 sand sifting snails
4 crabs
1 emerald crab
Assorted hard and soft corals
