Had a blue tenuis suddenly start to brown out and lose PE over 2 weeks. Checked tonight and noticed on one side some irregular tissue loss. Does this look like AEFW marks? They seem to be localized on this edge. What is different from what I see for signs of AEFW is that the wounds are very irregular. Should I just pull this guy and dip anyways?

Irregular tissue loss.

The other side of the coral seems fine.

I checked again this morning and the patterns of the wounds seems to have changed/started to heal over. Maybe it was a moment of weird tissue? I will check again tonight to see what it looks like.

Looks more like a fish nipping than AEFW. AEFW typically (not always start around the base, or between branches or somewhere they feel safe from wrasses or damsles.
