AF Build what is it?

I bought this stuff a long time ago and never used it. It says it contains Calcium and Carbonates (along with Iodides).

So I'm assuming it contains Calcium carbonate and will not raise Calcium or alkalinity correct?
How does it work to increase pH?

Any idea on the mechanism here? I understand you can only say so much. I guess more importantly, dosing this product doesn't increase alkalinity, correct?

How does it increase ph?...do you need to be concerned with iodine overdosing ? Says to dose with energy which Lowers ph... so does it really just mitigate energy ph drop?
