Yup, used it for quite some time. In simple terms its mud so it helps increasing your tank biodiversity.

Used in the past with neither good or bad observations, I guess it's down to what you believe. Since I'm using barebottom tank now I won't use this product, but if I'd run sand or refugium, I'd give it a thought.

I put about half of it in the sump kind of how miracle mud is used. I’m not sure if it has done anything. One of my zoa colonies started opening up that is usually half open most of the time. When I was dosing it directly in the tank I noticed my red planet started popping red.

Well i mixed half last night with tank water.
put it in when lights went out.
just got home now. Corals deffo liked it. Most corals have extended more. And some are more plumped up. Dont think i will do it every week but defo once a month.
