AFR dosing line under water while feeding

Hello, I have an AIO and my dosing line is submerged in tank water when I feed the tank for 10 minutes. I'm wondering if this is okay?
Otherwise my ATO is set above the dosing line and "cleans" the line throughout the day.

Yes, as long as you have a "check valve" installed ot prevent back flow into your holding container.
