AFR power residue?

I've personally not seen anything like that in my storage containers be it the glass Voss bottles or the plastic jug I'm currently using. I also do not see that in the mixing container. There is a foam layer sometimes after mixing but nothing like this.
Are you mixing it in that container?
Are you adding anything else to the mix?
Is there any possible cross contamination of liquids?
What did it like prior to entering the storage container shown?
Are you using RODI water or something else?
Can you take a credit card (old/expired) and remove it?
I really do not have any thoughts and I've personally not seen that. I have seen the bottom liquid, or left over that my dosing doesn't pull, have a discoloration but that can be expected. But it is liquid and not puffy things like you show.

It was mixed in a brs mixing jug (brand new jug) the mixture was clear mixed with RODI water when I put it into the dosing container, and there is no chance of cross contamination.
