OK, so I must be clearly missing something, I picked up a AFS Automatic Feeding System (Neptune Systems), I cannot seem to manage to get it to mount onto my tank, it always slips off or tilts forward. I must be doing something wrong. The tank does have standard rim on it, but I think it would work still?

Thanks

I have no clue what you are doing wrong, its pretty straight forward unless you have a eurobrace.

Can you post us a photo of how yours looks?

The tank mount slides and clips onto the underside of the AFS. The screw to attach it to the tank side is a moveable part of the mount. It has 4 stop points on the bottom you can select to allow you to cater for different thicknesses of tank section you want to fit it to, e.g. if you need to go over a tank cover. So you choose the right stop point, set it there and then use the thumbscrew to tighten it up.

If you are just attaching it direct to your tank glass side you want to adjust this to use the first of these 4 mount points. From there the thumbscrew lets you clamp it to the glass - enough travel in the screw for any typical thickness glass.
