I set up my prostar 200 about 3 month ago i put the the tank on solid wood floor i measure the tank and make them even . But three month later right side water is higher them left side about quarter inch? if I don’t fix them would the tank get crack?

I do meas by tape left side is 1.4 right side is 1

Would definitely put a level on the tank to see if any settling has taken place in those 3 months!

There’s multiple questions here.

Why did the tank settle unevenly? Is it the floor? Will it depress further? If the floor is uneven, then is the stand compromised?

IF the floor is stable and the tank stand is flat (I don’t mean level, but evenly in contact with the tank bottom), then the tank seams itself can manage a small amount of tilt long term (as fluid exhibits equal pressure on the sides of a container when at rest). But I would be very concerned about the floor and the effects on the stand.

Regardless of what is happening you need to shim your stand and get the water level. The seals are likely to fail sooner rather than later and you'll have a genuine emergency.
