After 42 days fallow ... fish reintroduction

Cross contaminated a hospital tank to the display and has a complete wipe out in a short 3-4 days. 42 days later I’m adding fish back in.

it’s more been a full 7 days with the purple tang and some anthias in there that went thru copper and metro. No signs of diseases. Am i in the clear now?

3-4 day wipeout makes me think of velvet. Conventional wisdom is that 6 weeks of fallow is supposed to work for that.
