What happens after a tank is done Cycling? Does your sand start getting Brown Areas? And if it does, is this the normal process? Just don't want to do something wrong this time.

Probably not for a very long time, if ever. They are voracious consumers of detritus, and you probably have not developed enough quite yet.

I thought Clean Up Crews were the first things you add after a cycle.

You could add a few snails once ammonia and nitrite are 0.
