after reboot reef-pi not working

I installed a new raspberry pi with Reef-pi 5.0 and every time I reboot the pi I cannot access reef-pi. If I run the command to install reef-pi again I can then access it. Is there something that is not starting? I am a noob to linux and raspberry pi so I have no knowledge of how it works...

Figured it out... User error of course. Changed the listening IP without a port...
