How long after treating a tank is it safe to add any new inverts and fish ? I lost 4 fish and a large brittlestarfish after treating the tank.
The 3 surviving fish and cleaner shrimp appear to be ok after 5 days.
I plan to quarantine any fish but I still wonder when it’ll be safe

I hoped you read the directions. Suck out as many as you can before, treat, water change.
After your water change it should be fine.
Wouldn't hurt to do a 2nd one if your worried about it.

I did read and followed directions and several fish and inverts died
I’ve been changing the carbon daily and did 3 water changes in the past 5 days
I have one more fish acting sick but I can’t catch it, I’m hoping it survives, one other fish was acting I’ll but seems fine now and behaving normal
I want to add a few snails back and a new brittlestar but not sure when it’s safe to do so
