I posted about order from aquarium depot trash hydrophora
This is another one I got from there same ship.

Candy cane coral

It still has green color so I assuming it is still alive but just want to double check is it normal looking as candy cane coral frag ..or not
I think it has too much white color on it.

And it is been hours. Usually in my tank corals start to blossom so quick . I just worder if my cane has some problem :(

I'm so upset about how aquarium depot treat customer. They never pick up phone and email , they just use auto reply which is not help at all.

I guess i never gonna order coral from here again ..

Thx for help last post !
If someone had this coral before plese help!

They're pretty resilient. If it's bleached a little, it'll come back. It doesn't look horrible tho. I've had 'em look far worse than that & made full recovery. You should be good. Might take a couple weeks tho

thank you..!

feel much better haha

I am try to take it out tht plug and glue on live rock

The coral you get from AD is near death, require special attention, has lots of hitchhikers, algae, as well and poorly packed.

The corals are cheaper than anywhere else ive seen. Im calling them diamonds in the rough. The cherry bombs are just beginning to brighten up, and about half the colony died. Some of the mushrooms are still not thriving. I believe the conditions AD keep they're coral is the main issue, and perhaps the method everything is picked and shipped too.

Hang in there and dip them in some lugols to help prevent more tissue loss.

I want to triton test a sample of their water, just to have it on record. Its hard to dish out 50 bones to do that tho.

Interesting, because I've had great luck with their corals. I bought this Acan for $9 this summer. However, I live about 30 minutes from their location, so that may have something to do with it. The one time I had an issue, I had an immediate response and refund.

Your candy cane will perk up fine in a week or so. I got a piece that was forgotten in the sand that had broken off and it was about the size of a pencil eraser and 2 weeks later it is all puffed up and color is beautiful and it has put on some growth. Hang in there.
