Just got this Kleini. It's developing this scaleless spot on his side.

What do you think? He's been eating and hanging out in a corner. He has been getting chased by a scopas tang and a swallowtail angel.

Looks like he got stuck, probably by the tang. Problem is a wound has the potential to develop into an infection.

I would start soaking his food with vitamins (exs. Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem).

+1 These guys are very prone to it, so the vitamins are almost essential.
