I have a 35gal with a zebra blenny, purple firefish, and diamond goby. Blenny was home to the tank first, and he will chase away the diamond goby and firefish every time he sees them.

If I remove Blenny from the tank for a week, let the two others get comfortable, will things go back to normal when I put blenny back in?

Likely not, sorry.

It depends on the individual. What works against it is the small tank size. Blennies will defend a small territory and give a little chase, usually giving up once the other fish note his territory, but having been established before these guys he views the whole tank as his.

Removing him and reintroducing him after a couple of weeks may or may not work, but it won't make thinngs worse.

Thanks! If it gets worse I might give it a shot. Purple firefish never comes out of his rockwork as it is though.
