Aggressive Pistol Shrimp

Alright so I have a tiger pistol shrimp and a watchman goby. added about a week ago, and everything was cool until he started chopping the trunks off my nass. snails and watching them die for fun just to take them in his cave and eat them. I didn’t realize I cared so much about the little guys till I watched that go down. I’m just scared that my clowns will go down there and he’ll shoot them. he tried to do it to my firefish, but he’s pretty evasive. I’m currently in the process of catching him with a shrimp in a bottle trap. Is this an effective way of catching him?
