Aggressive Yellow Tang

i have 3 yellow tang in my 125 gallon. One is particularly aggressive towards the other 2, but really aggressive towards one poor fellow in particular. Today I rearranged all of my rock to try and resolve the territory issues. How long afterwards should I expect to see behavior adjust before I consider this experiment a success or failure? Would adding sea weed 3 or 4 times a day to allow less competition for food help, or would this amount to over feeding my tank, or is it that once the heirarchy is established I am just better off removing the aggressive fish?

Try taping a hand mirror to the tank as well. It didn't work for me....but it's worth a try.
