Aglae scrubber growth issues...help me

I have a santa monica rain algae scrubber. It has been up and running for a few months now and I can't get it to grow in full. Am I doing something wrong?

Low numbers will limit the ability to grow algae on your screen.

How may lights are you running? From the looks of your screen, it seems as though you are running too many lights and are burning the center of the screen. I would suggest that you run one pair of lights (one on either side of the screen) and as your screen matures, you plug in additional pairs of lights as your growth increases.

I will get updated no3 and po4 readings as soon as I can but I have tried every combination of lights even just one single light in the center
