Hello friends sharing some of my tank build pics so can get views from everyone also will help in documenting.
Thank you R2R for creating a great platform for a hobbyist like me.
I am being into fish tank since i was in 9th earlier when i got my 1st fish tank and a pair of goldfish, sharks and mollies that was in 2005, i had never thought that i ll end up in reef that time :p
I have being keeping reef tank since 2 years and now after gathering some knowledge and scratching brains i have finally made a new setup of a perfect tank size i thought for my SPS sticks :)
Tank size is 22x24x24 inches (lxbxh).
I have been a MH fan since i started but had a very good growth under DIY leds since last 6 months so i have sticked to leds for my new tank.
Tank volume is 50g + sump is 17g which comes to total around 67g minus live rocks and sand goes to 61 gallon.
For me i have been thinking earlier bigger tanks are better but after lots of sleepless nights and thinking over and over i have come up with this tank size so i could fill up this tank with all acros and achieve everything i could like coloration, growth everything for keeping it successful.
this thread will help me lot in future :D
OK so enough of talking, bellow i m attaching pics of my tank, request everyone to please give ur valuable comments and suggestion.
Reef for life! sharing knowledge will help everyone grow i believe.
Cheers!:D
