Ahh sad day, tomini tang dead

Just received my tomini tang from live aquaria. Super excited had the whole morning opened up, to receive the fish. When it arrived I checked inside. Fish was upside down... great. I checked the water, it was freezing cold! Salinity was 1.017 I used hanna checker. Anyhow as you can tell now the fish is dead, very sad. A little annoyed but sad.

To top it all off live aquaria gave me a discount code!! The thing is, it already expired. Wow lol

1.017 is pretty common for fish from a fish store or wholesaler.

LA should refund the money to your card, since they have a 14 day guarantee. Have they not?

So sorry for your loss. Had this happen recently too. Fish arrived in freezing cold water packed in cold packs. Not sure what the logic was behind the freezing cold shipping method. Never seen it before until that shipment. Thought it was very strange. +1 on the refund.
