Anyone help me out. It's a AI prime 16hd. I contact AI customer support and did a little researching on YT. The light indicator as u see in attachment will not stay solid green. I tried looking up those blinking red and violet codes but has no info. I tried factory reset a few times no luck Any advice be great

The company imo has excellent customer support and can help you solve this issue ? It’s been a long time since I’ve owned a ai prime but remember having a issue with one of them and they helped me in a manor that most companies don’t these days . Stick with company support .
