Ai 16hd lightning setting

I just bought a new light for my 20g tank! I have a few corals in there with some fishes. I wanted to get some settings for the light. Some that wouldn’t burn my corals and maybe an anemone once I get one for my clowns. Thx in advance! Picture of tank is attached!
