I brought a pair of used AI 26s, that i love and they are awesome, but when i try to connect them to my wi fi they start looking for a red sea max 26 (which i don't own). Is there anything i can do, i did reach out to support and they did reset the serial numbers but when i reset them back up and connect them to wi-fi they still look for the red sea max
