Ai app nero 5 pumps

Is there a problem with the app I can't get the pumps to go they just flash blue ring with a red light and my blue tooth will not pick up the pump

I just got one today. I haven’t hooked it up yet. But if it’s anything like their Bluetooth lights it should just go on and off almost instantly.

Did you input the serial number when booking it up or did you try to get it to synch itself?

Tried to synch it self I did the first pump 3 weeks ago it worked fine. Tried to add the second pump and the whole app froze up I redownload the app reset the pumps one pump goes on constant speed and the newest pump will not go at all.

E-mailed Ai and they said there something stuck in the pump I took them apart nothing in there
