AI Blade Grow 30 inch, bot lighting at end?

I'm testing my AI Blade Grow 30 inch and as I can see the whole last 5 inches are not projecting much light at all.

Is this common? What should I do?

Go to their webpage and contact them via live chat during their working hours and you’ll get this solved. Happened to me about a month ago and they replaced the light at no cost.
