AI Controller problem

I purchased a Hydra 52 with the AI controller. Tried installing the controller and upgrading firmware but it took forever so i assumed it froze. I unplugged it and now my controller won't turn on. It's very annoying but was wondering if anyone has had this problem or know how to fix it?
