AI director Troubles

So I recently bought a used set of hydra 52's. It came with the wireless controller and a Director. Everytime I try to connect to the director it says the product is already registered. Is there any way to reset the director or did I get burned.

You will have to contact aqua illumination support tell them you bought used director an need them to reset it so you can make it yours just go to there home page

Just had one reset last week didn't take them long to do it
