AI director

Im having a world of trouble getting this piece to work. I can get it connected but when i log into its portal and i get it to give me the green light meaning its connected it will not refresh the browser like its intended. Ive tried it on chrome and firefox. Anyone have experience with this problem? im on my second director and have to wait til wensday to get back on the phone with them. Any help is appreciated. Thank you guys.

Some questions, how far is the Director from your router? In my experience, Director works better when you actually hard wire it into your router. And then the director must be in view/unobstructed view of the AI lights it is controlling or else wifi signal is frequently lost.

its probably 1 foot from the router, but not in direct sight of the light fixture itself. i will try directly connecting it while having it in sight of the light fixture for the hell of it.

ya ive tried every imaginably set up and the director will be connected but still wont refresh the proper screen to move along in the process. this is so frustrating. they should develop something that works.
