Ai & Ecotech are the same?

Hi, I submitted an issue about WiFi connection on my Hydra 26HD, and got the auto response from ecotech in email. Are these the same company from beginning? or 1 bought the other out recently?

ecotech bought AI a few years back, then they made AI inferior and took away features like rolling cloud coverage for no reason at all.. I hate ecotech

I think they made AI the budget version of radions. They are still good lights though. I still have my HD 26s over my rsm650s (came with the tank). The deep blues show off the fluorescence way better than the kessil a360x (lights which I also really like). Never had radions.

ETM bought out AI a few years ago. ETM is more of the higher end while AI is on the lower end, but both are still good lights.

I have three 26HD over my reefer 350. What setting are you using? I used new BRS setting but looks very white.
