AI glow blade opinion ??

Hi amigos ...

Upgrading my basic lighting next week .. currently have standard marine led bulbs

Tank is 180 litres Juwel RIo with some fish and soft coral.

Can I ask for opinions on the AI glow blade ?? A pal suggested thr fluval marine as an alternative...

I'm currently running the ai blade grow and love it on my 60 breeder. The grow does better as a standalone light than the glow, the glow is more of a color pop fill light. But with the blade grow I've had no problems growing anything.

I run the grow paired with the glow, once you pair them they add on the same light spectrum on the app, the glow definitely makes some difference. The grow was amazing as a stand alone the glow is kind of just extra

Following along. I'd like also to hear from those using the glows to grow coral. Is the only difference the ratio of white to blue LED's? If that is the case, there is no reason why the glow shouldn't grow coral just as efficiently as the grow.

I went with a glow and grow myself. paired them both up in the app and now just messing about with the lighting setup (blues, violets etc) to get the look I like.
