What’s the top piece connected to the ceiling when mounting an AI hydra called? Or where can I find just that piece without having to purchase entire set.

Are you talking about those threaded wall hangers? I’m guessing most any lighting store will have something that will work for you.

I believe it is a Toggle bolt that they use to attach to the ceiling
