I just got in 3 hydra 26 for my mix 240 gallon reef I was wonder how do I know what to set all the colors to far as % for best coral growth any help here would be nice I've never had led like these be for I had kessil on my tank before

I have 4 26's over my 120. As for color just play around with them to see what you like. I have them about 12k at noon and then get bluer when I am home from work. It's pretty hard to give advise about them, color preference is different between people and for intensity it all depends on the coral you have, the hight from the lights above the tank and the coral and the distribution of the lights over the tank. I shoot for 300 par on my acros.

I found this post that I use. Based off the apex settings.

I run my u/uv/B @ 100, my red and green @ 15 and Whites @ 60. But it's all personal preference as well.

I just switched over a couple weeks ago from reefbreeder value fixtures to these, but I don't expect to have any trouble keeping the sps I grew before. Those grew sps well enough to win the hydra 26 in the acro growout contest, lol.

Over my 18" cube, I run my hydra 26 at 100% for the blues, 45% UV, 80% Violet, 85% Green, 40% Red, 67% White. These are my peak settings and I do a simple 2 hour ramp up and like an hour ramp down. My SPS seem to be growing a lot faster than my previous 150w metal halide. I know I run mine higher than what most people run theirs at, but I got to my settings using a par meter to tune the the blue and whites LED's and then adding the green, violet, red and UV until it was at a color I liked. Which I get around 150-180ish on the sand bed and around 3-400 towards the top of my rock structure. In my opinion, it is safe to run hydra 26's at higher percentages. Having a par meter has been so much helpful with LED's and I think everybody who has LED's should at least try and rent a PAR meter, it takes all the guessing out of setting up your lights.
