Anyone using a Hydra 52 on a 30" wide tank, I am getting ready to build a rimless tank 60x30x24 and have 4 new Hydra 52's. Will this be enough coverage on a 30 wide tank?

I've got 5 hydra 52 and 2 vegas on a 10' long 30" wide and 26" deep tank. I have plenty of coverage and no problem growing sps throughout.

Do you have a pic of tank and light configuration? So 4 would be good on a 60 or 72 long tank?

Here are pics. Couldn't get the whole tank in 1 shot so also took in 3 sections. Tank configuration. I run the blues, violet and UV at 64%, the green and red at 11% and the whites at 15%. Sorry for the crappy photos.

Thanks for the help. I am trying to decide if 4 will efficiently light a five or six foot tank by 30" wide

If you are referring to 30 inch wide then i think it's more than enough. I have a 32inch wide tank by 30 tall and 27 deep. It's well more than enough.

Apologies, i missed out on the 4 hydras you were referring to..
