AI Hydra 64 turned off, blinking red and green

Hi guys,
maybe you can help me. Just saw that one out of 3 AI Hydra 64 turned off, button is just blinking red and green.

- I could nowhere find what that indicates, just a red blinking what would mean heat ürotection is on.
- removed and added device already, immedeaitely starts blinking again
-in my AI app, status of device is "?" (while other working ones are shown as "normal")

Someone also experienced that or know what it means and why it turned off?

Have you tried to do a reset on the light?

tried everything i think.
-unplugging for 30 seconds and then replug
- resetting by holding button 10 seconds
- restarting via app
-removing via app and than adding again

the LEDs seem to work fine, if I restart device via app, alls LEDs are turning on like they should for 2 seconds and then it falls back to this red/green blinking mode.

Support gave me just a general answer "hardware issue".
Would have expected a lil bit more support for that price.

Have you tried the factory reset as outlined in their technical support page?
Its a bit different process than what you have done so far.
This always works for me when my lights have the same issues.

It seems that you can't take it apart and check it yourself without permission. If you are allowed take it apart and look at it，maybe know what issue it is.

I had the same problem and I found out that it kept shutting off and it was warm on the top of it. Here the fan broke and wasn't coming on anymore. I ordered a cheap generic fan off of Amazon and it worked perfectly fine. You need an 80 by 15.
