Hi Alex, did you ever resolve the issue? I just purchased an AI Hydra 26 that's doing the EXACT same thing and it's driving me crazy! Turns on for a few minutes then cuts out. Once I open the app they pop back on for a few minutes before turning off again.

Try turning off the Lunar cycle setting.
