AI Hydra32 - Best Mount option

Hello,

I just purchase a Hyrda 32 for my 30gl AIO. I still need to purchase a mounting kit. BRS has two options, both of which seem to have bad reviews. I was wondering if anyone else is using either the gooseneck arm or the more sturdy arm option. I do not want to use the wire hanging kit.

Any feedback or suggestions is much appreciated.

I had the gooseneck arm for my AI Prime 16HD, but it was also a much lighter LED. Between the two options, for a Hydra I'd probably opt for the sturdy mount.

i have used the gooseneck for my 2 26HDs for the last 2 yrs and not one problem with them.

have used a gooseneck for the ai fuge, and have used both gooseneck and hms for the hydra 32hd. i have 0 complaints from either, although with the HMS mount i find that it is susceptible to vibrations(like if you walk around the tank or move quickly, it will pick up the movement and vibrate) with the gooseneck i did not encounter this, but personally feel safer with the HMS mount than gooseneck. even with what i mentioned previously.
