AI Hydra32 Time Settings

Anyone else have issues with Hydra32 settings for time? Seems like from time to time I look over and the tank lighting is different than what I know should be displayed and when looking at settings, the time is different altering when it comes on and off. not sure if it is like an analogue clock when it loses power or something else. but every couple months I have to reset the time.

I have had many products including AI lights wonder on timing. My primes will wonder on time but usually not more than a few minutes off. I just reset to local time every now and then. I’ve also had it happen with Ecotech products, as well as other brands, and non fish tank related products

yeah, it's been varied from a few minutes to a few hours. that's why I think it might be power outages. I don't have it on the UPS, just the pumps.

I guess I’ve never had a power outage while running the lights so I don’t know if they would reset to current time or not but it would make sense if there for power outages. Can you check with you utility company they might have records

I'll just check one day by pulling the plug for an hour and plugging back in to see affects.

i used these lights for over 2yrs and haven't run into this issue once. could be firmware/app issue that's triggering the reset or change of timer.
