AI Lighting Issue

I currently have 3 pods of AI Sol lights. Pods working just fine with all colors. The controller seems to be cycling through the timers fine too. However, when the timers that are set in the controller are saying to change the settings the lights do not change and / or shut off. I believe it may be a problem with the controller, but no sure. HELP...

Unplug the controller power and data cable and plug it back in.
Then try to turn it of on the controller. If it does not turn off, unplug the lights and plug them back in. Test by turning off on the controller again.
