AI Lights Down

I have 2 AI primes. Both were working but then one stopped working. I did a factory reset on it then tried connecting back to it and now the light is flashing red. HELP!

There are tips on you tube. Also check and verify wifi connections.

I had a similar experience when an update did not fully install. Stopped flashing red after i did the update again, and it downloaded uncorrupted. Not sure if this helps.

How did you do the update? I cannot access it online

I think i unplugged it and it started over
