AI lights not working

In the last couple of days I’ve run into an issue with my two AI hydra 26HD lights.

The schedule stopped and the lights are off. If I use my PC or my IOS app and hit the play button to test, the lights turn on and run the quick 24 hour simulation. I can also turn the lights to “all on” or “all off” using my iPhone. So clearly the lights are connected to WIFI. They clearly can work in terms of running the test program or “all on” or “all off” from my phone. This isn’t a Bluetooth issue because I’ve checked with my phone on/off on Bluetooth.

My time on the schedule is correct. I haven’t messed with the lights except to unplug them and plug them in last night as a response to this problem.

Could this be an issue with the server at AI? Is something else going on?
 
Press and hold button on back for one full minute. That will be a hard reset and then go to APP and slide lights up and down on manual and they should respond.
 
So reset the whole thing, re connect to WiFi, link the lights again, etc like setting up for the first time?
 
I had this happen when I set mine up had to change my time setting's to mountain time.
