Hello everyone I have a question about my ai prime 16 HD lights I had 6 lights running over my tank and then I tried to add one more but comes up with an unknown error and now two others went out the indicator lights glow green on the two that were on before and the new that I was trying to add is blinking blue and green any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Lol I don't know how to turn on Bluetooth I just used the app for ai prime and my lights came on but I do have two other lights plugged into same power strip if I am understanding you I need to get another power strip to split them up

Lights are 55 watts per AI. 55x7 = 557; make sure your powerstrip can handle this for sure.

However I think you might have a connection issue beyond power. The connection from your phone/tablet to the lights (interfaced through the app) uses bluetooth to communicate. If you have 6 lights talking to your app and have maybe an alexa connected or headphones and try to add a 7th light making this the 8th bt device, you may have an issue. This is my suspicion
