Has anyone managed to replicate the nutrient transport of the MP series on the Nero's?

Adjusting the pulse mode on the Nero 3 or 5 to the desired percentage, based on tank size, has been the closest I can come to replicating the nutrient transport mode of the VorTechs.

Is that to create a standing wave? Then run a constant speed after?
