AI Nero - Where is parent/child setting???

I just got my 2nd Nero 3 so I can set them up as parent and child, and I can not find that setting on the app anywhere.

Does anyone have any idea if it still exists?

You just click flow, then click the one you want as the child, hit customize and drag the child option to the timeline.
